About the Role

As an Assistant Property Manager, you’ll be across the key touch points of day-to-day portfolio management. Working alongside experienced Property Managers, you’ll gain the hands-on exposure and guidance needed to fast-track your progression in the industry.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

• Supporting leasing processes and tenant onboarding
• Managing tenant enquiries and scheduling property viewings
• Conducting open homes, ingoing/outgoing, and routine inspections
• Preparing condition reports, lease agreements, and notices
• Coordinating repairs and liaising with tradespeople
• Assisting with marketing for available properties
• Ensuring a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants

What You’ll Bring:

• A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable car
• Strong organisation and time management
• A team-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for real estate
• Previous experience in leasing, admin or property support is highly regarded
