About Mundamia Early Learning Centre:

Founded in 1981, Noah's Inclusion Services has been a not-for-profit, community-based organisation that is an industry leader in disability and early childhood education. Mundamia Early Learning Centre is located at the Shoalhaven Campus of Wollongong University in a bushland setting where children can partake in a wide variety of activities utilising our spectacular environment.

Our centre is an inclusive space, providing high-quality education and care to 41 children of all abilities. Operating 50 weeks per year for 10.5 hours per day, our educators work a variety of shifts to ensure a nurturing and engaging learning environment.

About the role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Diploma or Certificate III Early Childhood Educator with at least 1 year experience in an early childhood setting to join our team in Nowra.

As an early Childhood educator at Mundamia early Learning Centre, you will work alongside an experienced and committed team of professionals. You will have the opportunity to explore evidence-based practices, and innovative ideas to contribute to our high-quality early education and care service.

Essential Criteria:

A Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education

At least one year of experience in an early childhood setting

A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standard

A commitment to inclusive education

Current First Aid Qualifications, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training

A clear Working with Children Check

A clear Criminal History Check

Knowledge and Experience:

A passion for early childhood education and care

The ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated and professional team

A commitment to ongoing learning and the ability to implement evidence-based practices
