About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Early Childhood Educators to join our dedicated team at Little Achievers Kindergarten in Penshurst, NSW. As a full-time Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 2-5 years old.

What you'll be doing

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate educational programs that support children's learning and development across all areas

Implement the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards to create a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive environment

Observe, document, and assess children's progress to inform individualised learning plans

Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and the broader community

Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care

Collaborate with the teaching team to continuously improve the quality of the program

Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

Diploma or Certificate 111 in Early Education and Care

Demonstrated experience working in an early childhood education setting

Strong understanding of child development and the ability to cater to the unique needs of each child

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Creativity and a passion for engaging children through play-based learning

Current First Aid, CPR, and Working with Children Check certifications

Applicants MUST have references from previous Employers (not co-workers)
