• Fortnightly Payroll Processing - Manage end-to-end payroll cycles with precision
• Preceda System Management - Leverage your expertise in this specialized payroll platform
• Award Compliance - Navigate retail award structures and ensure accurate entitlements
• Employee Relations - Serve as the go-to person for all payroll queries and concerns
• Reporting & Analytics - Provide insights on payroll costs and trends to leadership
• Process Improvement - Identify opportunities to streamline payroll operations

Skills

• Proven experience managing standalone payroll operations
• Essential: Hands-on experience with Preceda payroll system
