In this multifaceted position, you’ll play a key role in supporting Horizon Power’s mission by providing high level administrative assistance to the Fleet & Business Services teams at our Bentley office.
You’ll help manage day-to-day facility and fleet operations, maintain excellent housekeeping standards, and support the maintenance of a safe and functional work environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Be the first point of contact supporting facilities management for our two Bentley offices. You’ll triage and designate tasks as needed
Oversee the day-to-day housekeeping and facilities upkeep for the Bentley office
Ensure a consistently safe and functional environment across both facilities
Assist in managing the setup of all newly procured vehicles in our systems and coordinating fleet disposal processes following guidelines, and value-for-money principles
Support business-wide fleet concerns and operational needs. Including generating and maintaining accurate fleet reports.
Assisting with reception cover – greeting visitors and lending a hand as and when required
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who thrives on structure and adaptability, with a knack for managing multiple moving parts. The ideal candidate will have:
Prior experience in fleet management and administration.
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
Exposure to facilities and property management.
A flexible and responsive mindset, able to shift gears when needed.
Familiarity with procurement and purchasing practices.
Confidence using digital tools including Excel and Smartsheet.
