The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Parts Administrator, based out of our head office in Bibra Lake, WA. The role will provide efficient and accurate administration support to the spare parts and warehouse teams.

Completion of prompt and accurate data entry tasks.

Coordination of all outbound freight in line with customer requirements, including order consolidation.

Fulfil internal and external reporting requirements.

Processing and coding invoices, update and scan requisition orders.

Entry and update of picking slips.

Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Filing and general administration duties.

What are we looking for?

To be successful for this role you will need to have the following:

Demonstrated, relevant experience in a relevant administration position.

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work in a team and autonomously

Pro-active and self-motivated
