We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our products, meeting regulatory compliance and organisational policies. You will work closely with our production team to identify and mitigate risks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to drive business value and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Inspect incoming raw materials to ensure they meet specifications and regulatory requirements
• Verify and record documentation, including Certificates of Conformity and Certificate of Analysis
• Report problems or concerns to senior management or Quality Assurance Department
• Participate in statistical sampling regime and follow-up on supplier performance
• Assist with kitting, in-process quality inspections, and investigations
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with quality system documentation
• Recommend process and infrastructure improvements to support Right First Time outcomes
• Collaborate with production team to ensure efficient and effective quality control processes
• Maintain area cleanliness and follow OH&S, Regulatory, Quality, and Environmental policies

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 3 years' experience in a similar Quality Control inspection role in a regulated environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read technical information and/or drawings
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills
• Good time management and prioritisation skills
• Understanding of production methodology principles
