Where Your Story Begins
Laminex is on a journey of product leadership and sustainable growth, expanding into exciting new categories like walls and ceilings. We’re looking for a dynamic Supplier Quality Assurance Lead to help us ensure our external partners meet the highest standards.
What You’ll Do

• Lead supplier quality assurance strategies across external manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Procurement, R&PD, and Quality teams to align product specs and processing requirements.
• Conduct supplier audits, monitor compliance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure quality and compliance across externally supplied materials.
• Support product development from concept to implementation with robust quality frameworks.
• Ensure adherence to ISO, GMP, and other regulatory standards.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in quality management or related field.
• 5 – 7+ years in supplier quality assurance, ideally in external manufacturing.
• Expertise in ISO systems, Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Curious mindset – someone who’s eager to ask questions, uncover insights and continuously improve supplier quality outcomes.
• Experience in manufacturing is a must. Experience in the building industry is a plus.
