Lions Carpet Services Pty Ltd is a leading Australian-owned insurance restoration company with branches across five states, providing specialist services in water, fire, storm, and mould damage restoration. We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Multimedia Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis at our Keysborough, VIC head office.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce engaging multimedia content, including videos, graphics, presentations, and digital materials for marketing, client communication, and training.

Manage and update content for the company website and social media platforms.

Develop digital visual reports and project documentation, integrating multimedia elements for clients and insurers.

Ensure consistent branding across all digital and print communication.

Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualise and deliver creative digital solutions.

Stay updated with the latest multimedia technologies and industry trends to enhance digital engagement.

Skills & Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Multimedia, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.

Demonstrated experience (minimum 12 months) in multimedia production, graphic design, and content creation.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other multimedia software.

Strong creative and storytelling skills, with attention to detail and brand consistency.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
