Call Centre Operator/Customer Service

We are a catalogue shopping company based in Warriewood on the Northern Beaches, and we are looking for a new Customer Service team member.

The position is full time on a casual basis, guarantee 5 days a week, with opportunity to move to a permanent position.

HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE WELCOME! NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Your responsibilities include:

* Taking phone orders and inquiries

* Entering sales orders

* Providing customer information support

* Assisting with returns and general office admin

To be considered for this role:

* You are available to work 9-5pm or 8:30-4:30pm

* Have your own transport due to our location

* Have a warm and friendly nature and enjoy helping people

* Be polite and clearly spoken

* Have good written communication skills

* Proficient with computers, fast & accurate typing skills

* Familiar with Windows and MS Office, intermediate level

The position is open for an immediate start. You will be rewarded with above-award hourly rate and enjoy working in our stylish office space with daily amenities.
