About the Opportunity
McQuaig is looking for a full-time Customer Success Manager based remotely anywhere in Australia.
This role reports to the Director of Customer Success overseas and combines strategic client relationship management with commercial growth.
More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients across Australia
Delivering tailored onboarding and product training to new users
Acting as a trusted advisor to HR leaders, aligning tools with business goals
Monitoring client health and proactively identifying risks and upsell opportunities
Conducting regular business reviews and maintaining high engagement
Leading contract renewals and retention efforts
Presenting new features and product updates in collaboration with Sales and Marketing
Keeping accurate notes and forecasting in HubSpot
Operating with flexibility across global time zones, including occasional early meetings with Canadian HQ
About You
To qualify, you will need at least 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Business Development, or Account Management, ideally within SaaS, HR Tech, or Consulting.
Additionally, the following skills and experience will be highly regarded:
Experience supporting or selling to HR professionals
A background in SaaS with product interpretation or data-driven tools
Experience working autonomously or in small, high-performing teams
Technical aptitude and confidence in presenting software tools
Previous work in small businesses or founder-led/start-up environments

About the Benefits
This role offers a competitive base salary of $120,000 - $140,000 + commission, plus a host of other benefits including:
