As the Inclusion Professional Support Officer based in Alice Springs, you’ll play a key part in delivering meaningful inclusion support across the southern region of the NT. This part-time position (.8 FTE / 60 hours per fortnight) blends office-based coordination with remote travel, supporting the Inclusion Support Professional team to ensure smooth, responsive service delivery.
Your role will include:
Coordinating administrative systems and team logistics
Supporting the creation of engaging resources (think Canva, communications, and documentation)
Joining regular overnight trips to remote Aboriginal communities
Building strong relationships with services, families, and community stakeholders
Every day is different—you’ll need to balance practical tasks, creative input, and a flexible, hands-on approach to remote travel.

The Must-Haves
A current driver’s license
An Ochre Card (NT Working with Children Clearance) or willingness to obtain

A willingness to travel, including regular overnight trips to remote communities

Your working hours will be mutually agreed upon and can be flexible, typically scheduled between Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Additionally, there may be occasions when attendance at events outside normal working hours is required.
The annual salary for this position is at Level 2 of the ECA Enterprise, plus superannuation and salary packaging is available.
