We’re looking for a warm, organised, and proactive individual to become the welcoming face of our Spring Hill office.
This part-time role (30 hours/week) is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a team setting, and wants to grow their skills in administration and customer service.
This role will provide administrative support to the business operational teams, focusing on reception and general administration duties.
Your professional phone manner, superior organisational skills and empathetic approach to our candidates will be essential in making a genuine difference in their career transition journey.
You will work closely with our operations, sales and consultancy teams to administratively support the many career transition projects that are core to LHH. Key to your success will be your professional experience in advanced use of MS Office Suite, capacity to prioritise, ability to work in an agile environment, organise your work activities plan to exceed deliverables, demonstrate insight and attention to detail and maintain an efficiency-based mindset
Key Responsibilities
Managing inbound calls and directing them to the right team member
Greeting visitors and making them feel welcome
Updating customer info in our systems (data entry, changes, etc.)
Helping candidates book meetings with our career coaches
Monitoring and ordering office supplies to keep the office well-stocked
Helping organise team meetings (booking rooms, printing, catering)
Setting up meeting rooms and shared spaces
Printing and prepping materials for workshops
Helping with organisation of team events (e.g., team-building days)
Sending SMS reminders to customers using our platform
Inbox and calendar support (if needed)
Assisting with basic finance tasks such as petty cash reconciliation
Required Skills & Experience
Previous experience in admin, customer service, or data entry
Certificate or Diploma in business/admin (preferred but not required)
Entry-level finance knowledge (e.g., reconciliation)
HR or learning & development experience (preferred but not required)
Good at staying organised and getting things done
Comfortable working face-to-face in an office environment and managing inbound calls

Reliable and trustworthy
Great attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willing to learn new systems and tools
Empathetic and proactive – you like helping people and solving problems
Able to juggle tasks and meet deadlines
