About You

Are you a hands-on professional ready to hang up the tools and channel your energy into a new challenge? Do you have a background in carpentry or building and a natural knack for sales? If you’re passionate about hitting targets, building strong relationships, trustworthy and contributing to a tight-knit, growing team – we want to hear from you.

About The Role

We’re seeking a dedicated, hard-working individual who understands the carpentry/building industry from the ground up. Using your trade knowledge to consult with clients, close deals, and help drive growth. We’re after someone who can connect authentically and follow through with pride and professionalism. No 2 days are the same, reporting to the Managing Director, you'll be responsible for scheduling jobs, sales inbound and outbound, ordering materials, quoting via in person or email/phone. Manage existing clients and bring in new clients. Manage CRM system and other ad hoc tasks set up the management.

What You Will Bring

A solid background in carpentry or in construction (5+ years preferred)

A natural sales person who sees and creates sales opportunities

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including existing clients and new clients

A strong work ethic and commitment to company success. A team-first attitude

Reliability, punctuality, trustworthiness, great work ethics where no job is beneath you.

Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals

Ensuring to meet or exceed your quarterly and annual sales targets

Excellent communication (verbal & written), negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Can make decisions/work under pressure
