The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Therapist looking to grow into a leadership role. As Assistant Spa Manager, you'll support the daily operations of the spa, lead and develop a high-performing team, and help ensure a flawless guest experience.
Your Day to Day
- Day-to-day leadership, team support, and guidance
- Opening and closing responsibilities
- Staff onboarding, training, and ongoing development
- Handling guest feedback and service recovery
- Supporting stock management, rostering, and basic reporting
- Providing treatments
- Assisting with front-of-house coordination and operational flow
About You
You're a confident, service-oriented Senior Therapist ready to step into your leadership role or you are a current Assistant Manager looking for a sea change. You thrive in a team environment, lead by example, and are passionate about the guest experience. You value structure, personal presentation, and wellness in every sense.
This is a full-time position which will require availability to work across a 7-day roster alternating with the existing Spa Manager to ensure full team coverage for our guests.

Certifications Required: Beauty or Remedial Massage Qualifications, Current First Aid and CPR certification
