About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Spa Manager to lead our team across our two spa locations in Double Bay & Cronulla. This role is ideal for a multitasking leader with a strong background in spa management, team leadership, and exceptional client service. You will oversee daily operations and front-of-house, guide a team of therapists and reception staff, and ensure the spa operates seamlessly across both locations. This role requires flexibility to work across both our spa locations on a weekly based.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations at both spa locations, ensuring high service standards and client satisfaction.
* Manage and coordinate front-of-house shifts, including overseeing daily reception duties and client interactions.

* Be the first and main point of contact for all staff, providing direction, problem solving support and ensuring a smooth workflow.

* Manage recruitment and on-boarding of new team members, ensuring proper training and integration.

* Oversee staff performance and conduct performance reviews

* Track and analyse KPIs, reporting key insights to senior management.

* Utilise and manage Fresha, ensuring efficient scheduling, client management and IT-related troubleshooting.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of therapists and front-of-house staff, ensuring effective multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
* Collaborate closely with our Queensland team to maintain consistent quality and service across all locations.
* Coordinate work schedules and manage staff shifts to ensure complete coverage of all operational areas.
* Drive retail sales initiatives and implement quarterly incentive programs.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promptly address client feedback and any service-related issues.
* Manage inventory, maintain supplier relationships, and oversee logistical coordination between locations.

About You
* Proven experience in spa, beauty, or wellness management.
* Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of successfully handling front-of-house operations and multitasking in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to coordinate schedules and cover shifts across two locations, ensuring seamless operations.
* Demonstrated ability to drive sales.
* Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
