About the Role:

This is an advanced online role for a confident communicator and experienced digital operator. You'll act as a strategic partner to our clients: leading projects, managing teams, and ensuring the smooth operation of their businesses. You’ll have a sharp eye for process, be excited by tech and systems, and love working collaboratively.

This is a remote role, but you must live in VIC, NSW or ACT and have availability Monday–Friday, ideally for 15–25+ hours per week.

What You’ll Do:

Lead day-to-day operations for multiple clients

Translate client goals into clear, actionable plans

Project manage tasks using various Project Management Systems (PMS)

Support and guide team members (internal /external VAs, creatives, specialists, etc)

Host meetings and provide strategic advice

Manage systems, processes, and SOPs

Handle client communication with care and professionalism

Implement and manage tools like Kajabi, ActiveCampaign, and Acuity

Analyse performance and suggest improvements

Develop simple digital marketing plans and oversee social content

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has experience with Kajabi (non-negotiable!)

Is naturally organised, proactive, and tech-savvy

Communicates clearly and leads with empathy

Is curious, loves learning, and seeks better ways to do things

Has worked with coaches, online educators, or service-based businesses

Aligns with our values of integrity, quality, and growth
