POSITION VACANT:

Club Supervisor – 30 to 34 hours per week

Casual/part-time position with opportunities for career progression

Salary: $60,000 per year, plus superannuation

Are you an enthusiastic and experienced hospitality professional looking to step into a leadership role? Bribie Island RSL Club is seeking a dedicated Club Supervisor to join our team and help deliver outstanding experiences for our members and guests.

Your key responsibilities

• Support the Duty Manager in overseeing daily operations of the club.
• Provide hands-on leadership to staff, ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance across all areas.
• Assist in staff training, development, and performance management.
• Resolve member and guest inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Oversee cash handling, stock control, and gaming compliance.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

• Experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
• A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of gaming operations and current RSA, RSG certifications.
• Availability to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

It would be an advantage to have:

• Current R.M.L.V qualification
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• CLO Certified
