Mandala Hotels and Resorts proudly operates a diverse portfolio of properties across some of Regional Australia's most iconic travel destinations. We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Hotel Manager to oversee a 78-room hotel located near Hobart Airport.

About the Role

As Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation and performance of the hotel. From front desk to financials, you will be across all facets of day-to-day operations, ensuring excellence in service delivery, compliance, profitability, and team management.

This is a live-on-site role, offering a competitive salary package including accommodation, utilities, performance-based bonus, and superannuation.

Essential Criteria

To be considered for this role, you must have:

Strong administration and operational management experience

Solid understanding of budgets and profit & loss reports

Knowledge of compliance and licensing requirements

Proven experience in human resources and team leadership

Proficiency with Property Management Systems (RMS, Protel, or equivalent)
