Join the Up&Go Team at our Berkeley Vale Manufacturing Facility on the beautiful Central Coast, NSW, and help bring one of Australia’s most beloved breakfasts to life. We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic individual with a passion for self-development and an ‘In It Together’ approach. As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality products while gaining expertise in our production processes. You’ll work alongside a passionate, supportive team and report to the Senior Team Leader on the Afternoon Shift. This is a permanent, full-time role working 38 hours per week. To be successful in this position, you will need to be available to work the following hours:


Afternoon Shift Hours

Monday – Thursday 3:00pm-11:00pm

Friday 10:00am-4:00pm

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate activities with other Beverage’s areas for efficient and continuous operations.
  • Move product, restock materials and follow instructions as per the production process.
  • Record data as required and undertake product and quality testing.
  • Clean machinery and maintain hygiene in the production area.
  • Take part in continuous improvement activities.

The successful applicant will also have the following skills and experience:


  • Forklift License or willingness to obtain is critical.
  • Ability to undertake manual handling of up to 25kg.
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
  • Ability to cope with pressures and setbacks in a constructive manner.
  • Ability to analyse information and make decisions accordingly.
  • Strong commitment to Workplace Health and Safety.
  • Demonstrated experience driving a positive culture aligned to Sanitarium’s values of In It Together, We Make It Happen, Pioneering Today for Tomorrow and Serving Others.
