We have x2 positions available for a Machine Operator and Loader to join a thriving steel manufacturing company in South West Sydney. Long term and stable role for an individual with strong mechanical aptitude and/ or valid forklift operating experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate the purlin mill machine to produce steel purlins
• Load and unload trucks using a forklift or overhead crane
• Perform manual handling tasks up to 20kg
• Conduct basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

• Experience operating steel processing machinery
• Must have valid forklift licence and proven experience
• Good mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
• Full working rights in Australia
• Must be able to pass drug and alcohol test

Benefits

• Loader: Sunday-Thursday 4pm-12am
• Machine Operator: Monday-Friday 10pm-6am
• Overtime paid at penalty rates
