About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Production Team Member – Machine Operator to join our workshop. This role is perfect for someone with experience operating machinery and exposure to MIG welding who enjoys working with their hands and wants to be part of a team that takes pride in what it makes.

What You’ll Be Doing

Operating machinery to cut and process raw steel

Helping unload trucks and check steel deliveries

Supporting other production tasks: linishing, bending, punching, drilling

Maintaining saws, rumbler, and workshop equipment

Assisting with basic MIG welding and pre-welding preparation

Keeping work areas clean and safe

Following workplace policies and contributing to process improvements

What You’ll Need

Previous machine operation experience

Exposure to MIG welding (or willingness to learn)

Forklift license (or willingness to obtain)

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Reliability and a positive, can-do attitude
