About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our friendly team based at our Fountaindale polyethylene rainwater tank factory.

This is a key role focused on handling incoming sales enquiries, making outbound follow-up calls, processing orders, and assisting with delivery coordination. You’ll also support the team with admin and marketing tasks as needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

Answering and converting inbound sales calls and web enquiries

Making outbound calls to follow up leads and quotes

Using our CRM (Zoho) to manage customer data and orders

Assisting with order processing and coordinating deliveries

Providing general admin and marketing support

What We’re Looking For

Must-have:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales role

Strong experience with CRM systems (Zoho highly regarded)

Excellent phone manner and written communication

Ability to think creatively to solve customer problems

Self-motivated, with a good work ethic and attention to detail

Mid-level computer skills (email, Office, CRM, etc.)

Driver’s licence and own vehicle (no public transport access to site)

Highly regarded:

Completion of formal sales training

Experience in plumbing/building supplies or trade sales
