About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Country Motor Company as a full-time Vehicle Sales Person based in Bomaderry, NSW. As a Vehicle Sales Person, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating and selling a range of new vehicles, and achieving individual and team sales targets.

What you'll be doing

Actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and match them with the right vehicle

Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives

Negotiate prices and close sales

Maintain a thorough knowledge of vehicle features, pricing, and financing options

Achieve individual and team sales targets

Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process

Participate in sales training and development opportunities

What we're looking for

Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, but not essential.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a team and independently

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills

Passion for the automotive industry and a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service
