About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Person to join our team at Beer Importers and Distributors Pty Ltd in our Mascot, NSW office. As a Sales Person, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium beer products to a diverse range of retail and hospitality clients. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive sales growth
• Identifying and prospecting for new sales opportunities within the local market
• Effectively presenting and demonstrating our product range to potential clients
• Negotiating sales contracts and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
• Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and reporting on progress

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in a sales or account management role, ideally within the beer, wine or spirits industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Highly motivated and driven to succeed, with a competitive spirit and a passion for sales
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections
• Familiarity with the local beer market and an understanding of consumer trends
• Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
