Join Firefly Lighting for an Internal Sales career with rapid development and the opportunity to progress to a sales ownership role within your first year.
Your first six months will immerse you in our market-leading products, systems, and internal processes through tailored training and hands-on support. After your initial training, you will take ownership of developing our outbound sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities, re-engaging lapsed accounts, and nurturing valued wholesale clients.

About the role
Reporting to the National Sales and Development Manager, you will:
Drive outbound sales and account management with our network of electrical wholesalers (your primary focus)
Build, nurture, and retain strong wholesale customer relationships
Re-engage lapsed accounts and convert new opportunities
Support trade, project-based, and technical sales channels as business needs change
Represent Firefly Lighting externally and collaborate with our close-knit team internally
About you

Your experience
Demonstrated experience in sales and business development
Background in Construction, Wholesale, Electrical, Events, B2B or B2C (advantageous)
Proven ability to build new business and nurture relationships
