Internal Sales Engineering (Junior role) (Basic CAD possible)

We are a small, growing manufacturing company in Brendale QLD that does a variety of engineering work including our own range of steel products

Our friendly, professional team specialise in 3D drawing and design, laser cutting, sheet-metal work, folding, fabrication, welding, painting, etc.

Your role is to assist with as many of the following tasks as possible.

Manage Internal Sales (all Stock items)

Customer Liaison.

Processing customer orders.

Check and assist with Pack and Dispatch when necessary.

Assist with Design and Manufacturing Drawings where possible.

Assist with Production administration.

The following skills and attributes would be preferable

Strong 'people skills', you would be dealing with customers daily.

Good attention to detail.

Basic computer software skills.

Excel – intermediate standard at least.

Basic CAD skill would be an advantage (we use Fusion)

Ability to understand engineering drawings.

QLD Driver Licence (Manual) preferable.

Positive attitude.

Work well as a member of a team

Not necessary to have every one of the skills above – we are happy to train a quick learner with a good attitude.
