We've proudly serviced customers across the Gold Coast, northern NSW and southern Brisbane for over 45 years. With a team of 50+ and a reputation built on quality and service, we’re growing – and we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our team.

About the Role
This is a full-time, face-to-face sales role providing in-home consultations, measures, and quotes. All leads are pre-qualified and booked for you by our internal team – no cold calling required!

You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, so we’re after someone who’s confident, professional, and passionate about delivering a great experience.

What You’ll Do

Attend in-home appointments (booked for you)

Measure and quote for security screens, blinds, curtains, Shutters & External Blinds

Build strong relationships with new and repeat customers

Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities

Work closely with internal sales support staff

Achieve and exceed sales targets

What You’ll Bring

Proven sales experience (window furnishings or security screens highly regarded)

In-home quoting and measuring experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage your day

Tech savvy – comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and Office software

Results-driven with a genuine customer focus
