About the Role:
This is not a role for order-takers. We’re looking for true hunters and closers—sales professionals who live for the thrill of finding opportunities, opening doors, and winning big deals.

We’re looking for driven Business Development Managers who can create opportunities, build their own pipeline, and close high-value deals with small and medium-sized businesses (5–80 employees).

If you love opening doors, taking control of the conversation, and seeing your hard work translate directly into big commissions and career growth, this is your chance to own your patch and make your mark.

You'll need to be a proven sales professional. Industry experience isn’t required — we provide best in class training, transforming talented sales professionals into top-performing sales champions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
  • Secure and attend your own high-quality meetings with business owners and key decision-makers.
  • Present, negotiate, and close agreements
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong self-generated sales pipeline.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance, high-reward environment where results are celebrated.

What do you bring to the team:

  • 4+ years of proven B2B sales experience with a track record of hunting and closing.
  • A self-starter mentality – you own your territory and know how to create opportunity.
  • Resilience, determination, and drive to push past challenges and win new business.
  • Strong influencing skills – you’re confident in opening doors, leading conversations, and closing deals.
  • Ambition to build a long-term career with a global, market-leading brand.

  • Year 1 Package - starting base salary of $75,000 + Super & uncapped commission, plus Company Car or Car Allowance. Year 1 minimum earning $165,000 +
