Your Role
We are hiring a top-tier B2B Marketing Manager to lead all demand generation and campaign execution at Cybertify. This is not branding theatre. This is about precision-targeted marketing to regulated sectors, leveraging HubSpot and LinkedIn to drive qualified leads and position Cybertify as Australia’s most respected cybersecurity consulting firm.
You will own every element of our LinkedIn-centric strategy, from content and ads, to lead forms, webinars, and HubSpot CRM automation and you must be fluent in HubSpot's advanced tools for sequencing, segmentation, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
1. LinkedIn Campaign Strategy & Execution
Build, launch, and optimise high-performance LinkedIn Ads (single image, carousel, video, conversation ads, etc.)
Manage LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms and integrate directly with HubSpot
Run scheduled campaigns aligned to service lines, events, hiring pushes, and market signals
A/B test creative assets, CTAs, targeting segments, and funnel paths
Monitor and optimise cost-per-lead (CPL), click-through rate (CTR), and conversion by audience segment
2. HubSpot Marketing Ownership
Own end-to-end HubSpot Marketing Hub execution, from contact segmentation to automated workflows
Build advanced nurture sequences, lifecycle stages, and lead scoring models
Create and manage HubSpot landing pages, forms, and gated assets
Use HubSpot Events and Webinar tools to manage invites, reminders, follow-ups, and conversion reporting
Ensure full-funnel attribution across LinkedIn and email journeys
3. Webinar & Events Program
Plan, execute, and promote LinkedIn-driven webinars for regulated industries
Set up branded landing pages, email flows, and calendar integrations using HubSpot
Manage registrant lists, attendance tracking, and post-event lead handling
Collaborate with Sales to ensure event-qualified leads are followed up with the right sequencing
4. Organic & Thought Leadership Growth
Drive growth of Cybertify’s LinkedIn company page and C-suite executive profiles
Build a structured organic content engine (posts, articles, repurposed webinar clips)
Manage blog publishing via LinkedIn and HubSpot
Align content themes to regulated sector pain points (legal, financial, aged care, etc.)
Amplify reach through employee advocacy and distribution playbooks
5. Reporting & Optimisation
Maintain rigorous tracking of campaign ROI, lead source performance, and channel health
Generate weekly reports using HubSpot analytics and LinkedIn Ads Manager
Continuously refine targeting and messaging based on CPL, MQL velocity, and SQL conversion
6. Event Marketing & Design Ownership
In addition to digital execution, this role also includes end-to-end management of Cybertify’s event presence, including industry conferences, sponsorships, and webinars. You will be responsible for driving lead generation through high-profile events such as ALPMA, Lawyers Weekly Law Forum, and other targeted sector engagements. This includes event planning, collateral development, booth coordination, branded merchandise, signage, logistics, and post-event lead handling. You must also manage and execute all marketing design requirements, from LinkedIn creative to pitch decks and event banners, ensuring every asset aligns with Cybertify’s brand standards and campaign objectives.
7. Email Content & Copy Generation
You will be responsible for writing, designing, and executing all email marketing activities within HubSpot. This includes event invitations, webinar follow-ups, lead nurture sequences, service announcements, newsletters, and sales enablement flows. You must be able to craft high-conversion copy tailored to regulated industries, adapt tone based on buyer persona, and structure emails to drive clicks, registrations, and replies. Every email must be strategically aligned to pipeline velocity and mapped to the buyer journey.
Required Experience
5+ years B2B marketing experience
Deep hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, LinkedIn Events, and HubSpot Marketing Hub
Proven ability to run webinars, events, and inbound lead programs in regulated sectors
Advanced campaign orchestration skills (sequencing, automation, asset development, reporting)
Strong writing and editing skills for B2B audiences (ads, forms, emails, webinar copy, etc.)
Familiarity with modern GTM tools (e.g. Typeform, Fillout, Notion, Webflow)
Workplace Requirements
Must be Sydney-based, minimum 3 days per week onsite at our 60 Margaret St office
Tech-savvy, proactive, and highly structured – this is a digital-first, paperless firm
Dedicated, professional home office setup required for hybrid work
Performance Metrics
Qualified inbound leads from LinkedIn campaigns and events
CPL, CTR, and SQL conversion benchmarks per audience and asset type
Social growth (followers, engagement, post reach, clicks to landing pages)
Webinar/event attendance, conversion, and post-event nurture impact
Pipeline contribution and MQL velocity tracked in HubSpot
What We Offer
$130,000–$190,000 remuneration, commensurate with capability and impact
