Marketing Manager – Property, Construction & Facilities
We're seeking a dynamic, hands-on Group Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies across our integrated businesses: Leadmark (property development), Demcon (construction), and RMM Group (facilities management and property services). This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven ability to drive brand presence, lead generation, and campaign performance across commercial and industrial real estate sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other key platforms
Plan, execute and optimise social media and lead generation strategies to drive enquiries and brand engagement
Develop and implement marketing strategies across multiple channels to support sales, leasing, and brand awareness
Analyse performance data and campaign metrics (Google Analytics, ad dashboards, social insights) and provide regular reports with actionable insights
Oversee marketing content production, including copywriting, design direction, video coordination, and agency management
Manage website content and updates, landing pages, email campaigns and remarketing funnels
Support coordination of events, display suites, PR initiatives, and agent outreach as part of integrated marketing efforts
Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external marketing materials
Skills & Experience Required:
Minimum 3–4 years' experience in a marketing role, with a strong background in digital and social media campaign management
Demonstrated success managing Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and remarketing strategies
Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and campaign reporting tools
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and adjust strategy accordingly to improve ROI
Experience developing marketing strategy and content across both online and offline channels
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines and campaigns in a high-growth environment
Preferred:
Experience with CRM tools, property portals, and creative software (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Experience in B2B campaigns targeting investors, SMSFs, or commercial tenants
Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or Business
Previous marketing experience in property development, construction, or facilities management sectors
