They require an experienced and proactive Supply Chain & Purchasing Coordinator to support the day-to-day flow of inventory, liaise with offshore manufacturers, and manage incoming containers. You will help adjust the production and shipping schedule based on customer orders.

Duties:

• Raise purchase orders and communicate with suppliers
• Track and reschedule shipping containers as needed
• Maintain and adjust internal scheduling and production planning
• Coordinate movements of inventory between locations
• Monitor daily customer orders and identify trends
• Adjust production dates and timelines accordingly
• Utilize various systems and spreadsheets efficiently
• Support production planning through accurate reporting

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in purchasing, inventory, logistics, or production planning
• Strong analytical thinking - able to notice patterns
• Comfortable in fast-paced, process-heavy environments
• Quick learner with a knack for variety and complexity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Excel and order systems
• Ability to work well within a small, close-knit team
