Due to consistent national growth, they're on the hunt for an experienced and strategic National Operations Manager to take full ownership of fleet, depot, contractor and logistical operations across Australia. Please note: Interstate travel is required to support national teams and depot operations.

What do you do?

• Oversee national reverse logistics operations including fleet, warehouse, contractors and third-party providers
• Manage daily collection services (e-waste bins, walls, office boxes, take-back programs) across all states
• Drive operational efficiency through route optimisation and resource allocation
• Lead a growing team across multiple depots, including drivers, coordinators and operational staff
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators around cost, safety, and customer service
• Uphold and enhance WHS standards across all logistics functions
• Collaborate with internal teams on reporting for ESG, landfill diversion, and carbon savings
• Drive expansion of services and support new service rollouts nationally
• Liaise directly with clients to ensure service levels are maintained and optimised
• Travel interstate to support depot teams, oversee performance and implement initiatives

What do you need?

• Proven experience in a senior operations or logistics leadership role (ideally nationally scoped)
• Background in transport, logistics, recycling, FMCG or supply chain industries
• Strong leadership across dispersed teams and contractor networks
• Commercially minded with experience in budgeting, planning and reporting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A passion for sustainability, circular economy or e-waste industries is a huge plus
• WHS and compliance knowledge
• Willingness and ability to travel interstate regularly
