Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled and charismatic FOH staff to join our team.

Currently we have two FOH roles (P/T up to F/T for right candidate) and two roles specifically for juniors - still at school/tafe/pathways - both part time (with flexible hours) encompassing a variety of jobs from front to back of house.

No experience necessary, we are happy to train the right people, but for FOH roles experience will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about our offerings.

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our menus, including ingredients, flavour profiles, and preparation methods.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Uphold our commitment to responsible alcohol service by monitoring guest consumption and intervening as necessary.

Uphold the principles and procedures of our workplace in a professional and courteous way

Qualifications:

Knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wine highly desirable

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Current RSA

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in customer service.

Must be eligible to work in Australia.
