Our client, a leading Commercial Real Estate agency based in the bustling inner south of Melbourne are looking for an Assistant Commercial Managers to join their growing team.

We are open to a Residential Property Manager with longevity who is looking to transition their skills across to Commercial Property Management. Or someone with at least 6 months experience in the commercial industry. must be living in Melbourne, this is full time in the office.

About The Role;

• Day to Day Administration support including;
• Assist with Maintenance
• Assist with Reconciliations & Budgeting
• Assist with market reviews
• Insurance & Arrears Reporting
• Conducting inspections as required
• Preparing inspections reports
• Ad-hoc duties as required

Salary paying up to $80K+Super (depending on level of experience)

About You;

• Previous experience in Commercial or Residential Real Estate
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Hold a current and valid Agent Rep Certificate
• Hold a current and valid Driver's License
• Eagerness to learn and grow
• Detail focused
