What’s On Offer & What You’ll Bring:

• Salary of $65,000 – $80,000
• Long-standing and well-structured portfolio in a growing local market
• Supportive, professional culture with no micromanagement
• Cloud-based systems including Property Tree
• On-site parking and a modern, well-equipped office
• A current Agent’s Representative Certificate
• 1–3+ years of experience in residential property management
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
• A team player who can work independently and take full ownership of their portfolio
• Confidence using Property Tree or a similar system

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Managing a full end-to-end residential property portfolio
• Conducting routine inspections and coordinating maintenance
• Managing rent reviews, arrears, and preparing for VCAT where required
• Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
• Effectively managing workflow using modern systems and support
