This leading global organisation is embarking on a major merger and acquisition (M&A) integration and is seeking an experienced, high-impact Change Manager to lead the transformation. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in leading the end-to-end change strategy in shaping the future of a complex, fast-moving business.
Your new role
Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive change management framework that supports seamless integration of two organisations. You'll work closely with the internal communications team to roll out change across different work streams, including HR, IT, Finance, Marketing and Operations to ensure employees and stakeholders adopt new ways of working with confidence and clarity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the change roadmap aligned to Day 1 and Day 100 milestones
- Applying the PROSCI ADKAR® methodology to drive adoption and reduce resistance
- Consulting and partnering with executive stakeholders to shape how change is delivered across people, systems, culture and technology - ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and integration goals
- Designing and delivering targeted training and capability programs
- Supporting cultural alignment and employee engagement initiatives
- Coaching leaders and building internal change capability
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll bring a proven track record of leading complex change with confidence, clarity and strategic insight, along with:
- Experience in M&A change management strategy within a global organisation
- Certification in a structured change methodology (PROSCI®)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Experience in impact assessment, training design, and readiness evaluation
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodology
