About the Role

Seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead the rollout and continuous enhancement of the Digital Services Application. This high-profile role will be instrumental in managing the end-to-end delivery of digital solutions that improve user experience, increase engagement, and drive service efficiency.

You will work across cross-functional teams including design, development, product, operations, and marketing to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of the app.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle of the Digital Services App rollout, from planning to delivery.
• Coordinate enhancement workstreams based on user feedback, analytics, and business priorities.
• Manage project scope, schedules, risks, budgets, and reporting across internal and vendor teams.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, QA testers, and product owners to ensure successful feature delivery.
• Establish clear communication channels with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Ensure app performance, security, accessibility, and compliance requirements are met.

About You

• Proven experience delivering mobile and/or web apps as a Digital or IT Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of app development lifecycles, UX/UI best practices, and digital product delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and digital tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
• Familiarity with analytics, app store deployment, user research, and release management.
• Experience working in service-oriented sectors or with government/public-facing digital apps is a plus.
