Your new role

As Site Manager, you'll lead the construction of a new education facility valued at $30M from groundworks through to handover. You'll be the on-site driving force, ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are met while working collaboratively with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and site coordination
• Manage subcontractors and trades
• Ensure compliance with OH&S standards
• Deliver project milestones on time and on budget
• Liaise with project management, clients, and consultants

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience delivering education projects from start to finish
• Solid tenure with Tier 2 construction firms
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent references showcasing past project success
• Trade background or relevant construction qualifications
