We are seeking an experienced estimator who is looking to take on a production estimator role within the business.

Office located in Loganholme. Hybrid position may be considered case by case

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our tight-knit and dedicated team. Your duties will include the following;

Accurate estimates of jobs from start to finish utilising Builder Trend and bluebeam

Creating purchase orders/invoices through Builder Trend

Sending and tracking payments against forecast costing

Obtain relevant quotes and pricing from suppliers

Maintain organised files and appropriate documentation of completed work

Actioning variations

Requirements:

Proficiency with Buildertrend huge advantage

Must have previous experience with a home or commercial builder

Be able to show initiative and focus on outcomes.

Must be able to work as part of team

Can do attitude with flexibility to assist team when required
