Our Opportunity
Due to continued growth, NEPEAN Longwall is currently seeking a Project Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time role based in Loxford, NSW, supporting Project Managers to deliver efficient, commercially sound project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Providing end-to-end administrative project support including planning, forecasting, reporting, and compliance
Assisting in managing head contracts and major subcontracts to ensure contract compliance
Managing variation schedules, claims, procurement processes, creditor terms, and project cashflows
Supporting risk management and document control systems
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely communication and contract alignment
Ensuring accurate data and documentation within Pronto and related systems
The Right Person
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar project-based administrative role
Strong financial, commercial, and organisational skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and SharePoint
Experience with ERP systems (Pronto preferred)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service orientation and contract administration capabilities
