We are establishing a 12 month appointment pool for vacancies that may arise.
We may offer permanent, fixed term, full time, part time or casual appointments, with the possibility of a further term and/or permanency.
One permanent full-time position is available for immediate appointment.
Suitable candidates will be placed in the appointment pool from which opportunities may be offered as vacancies arise. Applicants may also be considered for similar positions within South Regional TAFE as they arise during the life of the pool. If the appointment pool is exhausted prior to the pool expiry date, we reserve the right to supplement the pool through further advertising.

About the Role
You will provide a high quality, seamless customer service experience, including receiving and transferring enquiries, client liaison and complaint resolution (face to face, phone, email, online, social media etc.). You will also be a point of contact for course information and student pre-enrolment information in a high-volume work environment.
You will be efficient and effective in general administrative tasks, duties and functions (receiving payments, data entry, document creation, electronic records management, researching and reporting, filing, etc.).
To be successful in this role you will ideally have effective verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on providing quality and seamless customer service. Experience in a busy office environment is highly regarded.
