We require committed support workers, living close to Bradbury for weekday day shifts with potential for short weekend shifts. Our Participant preference is for Female* Support Workers.

The role is within the Participant's home in Bradbury and will include interaction with other household member/carer, with a professional yet homely approach.

Must love dogs are the Participant has two dogs accessing indoor and outdoor areas.

Our rosters are published 4 weeks in advance, and we value committed and loyal staff.

Essential Requirements:

• Cert III or higher in Disability/Community Services/Individual Support or related field
• Demonstrated experience, knowledge and understanding of people living with disabilities
• Experience providing respectful supports within a person's home
• Experience providing personal care including showering, dressing, toileting, oral hygiene etc.

Highly Desirable:

• Demonstrated experience, knowledge and understanding of people with acquired injury, Dementia and other mental health diagnosis.

• Relevant qualifications/certificates eg. Cert III, Cert IV in Disability
• NDIS Worker Clearance Check
• NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
• Work Rights
• Driver's Licence / Full Comprehensive Car Insurance (Not CTP)
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Current CPR Certificate
• Infection Control Training Certificate
• Manual Handling Training Certificate
• Food Handling Training Certificate
