We’re currently seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers and practical, hands on Grounds Crew to join our growing team. Whether you're providing personal care or helping maintain safe and welcoming outdoor spaces, your work matters.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Disability Support Worker, you will:

Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal prep, and light domestic tasks

Support community access by accompanying clients to appointments, social activities, and outings

Build meaningful relationships and provide emotional support in line with personalised care plans

Encourage independence and wellbeing through recreational, educational and life skills activities

Maintain accurate records to ensure the highest quality of care

Work closely with clients, families, to deliver holistic support

As a Grounds Crew Member, you will:

Perform general lawn and garden maintenance at clients homes (mowing, weeding, trimming, etc.)

Contribute to the upkeep of safe outdoor environments

Support vulnerable individuals by maintaining functional and dignified living conditions

Follow schedules and safety procedures as part of our maintenance team

What We're Looking For

A kind, patient, and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others

Relevant qualifications (Cert III in Individual Support or similar) for Disability Support Workers

Previous experience in disability, aged care, or home/community support is highly valued (but not essential)

Grounds Crew applicants should be comfortable with physical outdoor work and have a can do attitude

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and teammates

A current driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts to suit client needs
