About the role

Tired of sitting still all day? Love ticking things off your to-do list and being hands-on? We’ve got just the role for you!

At Andatech, we’re on the lookout for a Order Fulfilment (Pick/Pack) and Customer Service Administration – someone who’s just as happy processing orders on a computer as they are zipping around the warehouse packing them. This is an ON-SITE hybrid role that gives you the best of both worlds – part admin, part warehouse ninja.

You’ll work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to make sure our awesome customers get their orders quickly and accurately.

What you'll be doing

Processing customer orders – from entry to dispatch – like a pro

Picking and packing stock in the warehouse (you’ll know where everything is!)

Keeping inventory accurate and up to date with stock counts, incoming goods, etc.

Helping manage deliveries and keeping dispatches running smoothly

Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and ready for action

Providing great customer service and answering any order-related queries

Getting involved in warehouse setup, logistics improvements, and a bit of everything else!

Adhering to all relevant health and safety policies and procedures

What we're looking for

You’re fit and ready for active work, pick and pack is part of your daily movement!

Some experience in warehousing, logistics or order processing is a bonus

You love being organised and have an eye for detail

You're tech-comfy , experience with inventory or warehouse systems is helpful

Good communicator and team player

Forklift licence? Even better! But not essential.

Most importantly: You’re flexible, reliable, and don’t mind switching hats throughout the day.
