About the Role:

As the Sales Representative Specialist based in our Blaxland office, you’ll be a trusted advisor who can confidently guide homeowners, builders, and architects from first enquiry through to final handover. Every day you’ll:

Be the Expert: Use your industry knowledge to guide customers through product selection, design possibilities, and council consent processes

Build Trust: Foster long-term relationships through consultative, solution-based selling

Drive Growth: Respond to inbound enquiries and proactively generate new leads

Deliver Excellence: Conduct virtual tours, prepare proposals, and close warm leads with confidence

Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, design, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer journey

We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years sales experience in residential building, granny flats, or modular housing

Knowledge of council planning, consent, and approval processes

Confident and proactive communicator to liaise with builders, tradespeople, and homeowners and prospect new opportunities

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a high-touch sales environment

Skilled in building rapport and fostering long-term trusted customer relationships

Has strong attention to detail and proficient in CRM programs

Previous experience in new home / granny flat build and/or local council industries is highly desirable
