A leading financial services provider is seeking a Cloud Technical Product Owner to join their team on an initial twelve month contract (with strong potential to convert to permanent).

This is a newly created, strategic role focused on delivering real outcomes for internal teams, moving from a self-managed infrastructure model to a fully supported managed service offering. You will take ownership of the internal cloud platforms across AWS and Azure, engaging with senior technology stakeholders to deliver real customer outcomes, improving usability, reliability, and developer experience across the bank's cloud journey.

🔧 What You'll Do

• Own and shape the roadmap for the bank's enterprise cloud platform
• Prioritise delivery across a large number of active projects
• Balance self-service and managed service models for varying cloud maturity levels
• Work closely with cloud architects, engineers, and senior stakeholders (CTOs, CIOs, Chief Engineers)
• Drive quarterly PI planning and lead a cross-functional cloud enablement squad

🙌 What You'll Bring

• Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner or Product Manager
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and developer needs
• Familiarity with Terraform, platform engineering, DevSecOps, or FinOps
• Ability to translate complex technical problems into customer-focused solutions
• Comfortable working in Agile/SAFe environments
