Hybrid Allied Health Receptionist/Digital Marketing

Join a warm, supportive psychology practice as the friendly first point of contact for clients, while using your admin skills and digital marketing flair to contribute to the ongoing success of the practice. Core Clinical Psychology is well-established in Western Australia, with the main office located in Rockingham.

Contract: up to 10 hours per week over Monday to Friday. Some time in-office, but remoted work is possible for the right candidate. Applicant must live in Western Australia.

About the role

You will provide administrative and marketing support to our team of part-time Psychotherapists. Tasks include:

· Answering calls and managing client intake.

· Managing appointment schedules, billing, and payments.

· Liaising with Medicare and GP clinics.

· Coordinating office and consulting room maintenance.

· Maintaining accurate records.

· Creating engaging social media and digital marketing content.

Experience in the health industry and with Halaxy software will be highly regarded, but we are happy to provide training for the right person. It is most important that we find someone who will be a good fit for our team.

Essential Criteria

· Experience with Halaxy software (or willingness to learn).

· Excellent interpersonal skills – able to engage warmly and professionally with people from diverse backgrounds.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.

· Comfortable with phone communication.

· Honest, reliable, and punctual.

· High integrity – able to maintain confidentiality and protect the privacy of clients and staff.

· Strong organisational skills – able to manage schedules, prioritise tasks, and work independently.

· Attention to detail with a careful, accurate approach.

· Ability to remain calm, clear, and positive under pressure.

· Willingness to work collaboratively, communicate openly, and accept feedback.

· Experience in digital marketing, including creating engaging social media content.
