We’re on the hunt for a Receptionist to jump into a 2–3 month temp role in Kalgoorlie. You’ll be the first face people see and the steady hand behind the scenes at a youth-focused service that’s genuinely making a difference.

What’s on offer:

• $48.31 an hour
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm - keep your weekends!
• Immediate start - the desk is ready and waiting

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning the reception area like a boss – phones, emails, visitors, you’ve got it covered
• Booking appointments, sending reminders, keeping the place running smoothly
• Supporting the team with day-to-day admin bits and pieces
• Creating a calm, welcoming space for young people
• Pitching in on local events and community stuff - a great excuse to get involved!

What we’re looking for:

• You’ve done reception or admin before and know how to run a office space
• You’re friendly, approachable, and not afraid to have a chat
• You’re organised, switched on, and can spot a typo from across the room
• You care about what you do and want to be part of something that matters

You’ll need:

• A current WA driver’s licence
• A Working with Children Check
• A National Police Clearance dated within the last 3 months
