As our Finance Officer, you’ll handle daily financial transactions, provide front-line service, and support finance operations across the organisation, all while ensuring accuracy, timeliness and a great customer experience.
Key responsibilities
Process payments, receipts, and financial transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain accurate financial records and support reconciliations and reporting
Respond to enquiries professionally via phone, email, and in person
Support finance admin tasks and contribute to process improvements
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
About you
Experience in accounts payable and customer service
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Sound judgement and problem-solving with a data-driven mindset
Good digital literacy and confidence using financial systems
What we offer you
A base salary between $75,071.65 and $86,731.41 (pro-rata), dependent on skills and experience + 12.5% superannuation.
Permanent/part-time (Total 22.5 hours per week)
